Automatic Horizontal Balers

About Automatic Horizontal Balers

With a processing power of up to 15 tonnes per hour and require minimal human interaction providing high efficiency and safety for those working with the baler.

High capacity

Fully automatic balers provide a high capacity while the man hour consumption remains at the lowest possible level.

Continuous feeding

A fully automatic horizontal baler system enables continuous feeding of waste material. The excess of material in the pressing chamber gets cut off by a strong knife.

Compact design

The hydraulic cylinders driving a strong press plunger are located along the side walls of the machine. This design provides a minimal length of the machine and at the same time a high compaction force, large pressing chamber and fast pressing cycle.

Density control

Automatic density control ensures shapely and evenly compressed bales with highest possible weight.

Handling

The bale slides at the end of the pressure channel enable easy access to pick up the finished bales.

Ease of use

Intuitive controls allow for change of settings and parameters on the machine depending on status.
